The editorial board of Solid State Physics and Theoretical Physics section of the Scientific Annals of "Alexandru Ioan Cuza University" from Iasi invites everyone willing to publish their original contributions in this journal to carefully read the following notes to authors:

1. The papers must contain original contributions in the field of fundamental and/or applied research in solid state and theoretical physics. The publishing of pluridisciplinar contributions related to this fields will also be encouraged.

2. Papers must be written in English. Before sending the paper for review please take care of following topics:

a) The title must be short and must describe exactly the content of the paper.

b) The abstract – 100-150 words – must describe the main results and must contain the keywords as well.

c) Address – name of authors, name and address of institution – and the contact author must be mentioned.

3. The papers must be forwarded for review as attachment to . Reviewers’ comments will be sent back to authors and, after the authors respond to the comments, the papers will be once again analyzed by the reviewers. In case of acceptance, the paper will be sent back to authors for final corrections – in this stage only minor correction shall be accepted.
All the correspondence will be made by means of e-mail only.

4. The authors can provide financial contributions to the publishing of the journal.
